Our factory is a two storeys building designed based on lean manufacturing
concept from material movement to functional areas segregation. As a professional
dress pant maker, the facility is equipped with the best steam piping design,
utility support which includes Cummins generator, Fulton boilers, air compressor,
and vacuum pump.
Apart from that, the production lines have state of the art semi-auto hanger
system for better handling and equipped with latest auto machineries such as,
roller system, auto welt pocket machine,
and professional trouser pressing equipment.
Currently running 18 lines with a
capacity of 400,000 pieces per month
